I had the pleasure of second shooting this wedding for my good friend Lauren Juliette Photo at Iscoyd Park. What started out as an instagram friendship, blossomed into a real life friendship! But this was the first time we were able to coordinate our schedules to work together! And the day is always twice the fun working with suppliers you already know.
I started off the morning in the library with the groom and groomsmen getting ready, before heading to the nearby Catholic church. After the ceremony, the guests all returned to the venue for reception drinks. The bride had a lace overlay on her dress, which she removed at the wedding breakfast for a slightly different look!

In the UK I find weddings fall into three categories: stately home/castle, barn or marquee! I love to shoot a variety of venues. But my favourite wedding venues to shoot are stately homes, like Iscoyd Park! The light is good. There are usually nice backdrops indoors in case of bad weather. And the grounds offer lovely outdoor options.
