Despite the tightened restrictions, which only allowed 13 guests, Natalie and Scott decided an intimate wedding trumped no wedding at all! Downsizing your wedding is a difficult situation to be forced into. That being said every compromise these two made for their special day paid off. The October sun was shining on this Warwickshire wedding, the masks couldn’t hide the smiles (smile with your eyes, right?), and then most importantly, they’re married! Furthermore, I could not be more pleased to have been their Shustoke Barn wedding photographer!
The wedding was all about their promise, and not the party.
Shustoke Barn is one of those rare venues that doesn’t need all that much decoration, as its spectacular features does the work for you. Natalie & Scott opted for rustic details like their Welcome sign to coincide with the barn, and then a light pink/dusky rose colour scheme for bridemaids’ dresses and flower arrangements. Natalie’s dress was Stella York, from Dress Me Pretty, which she styled with a statement necklace and matching earrings. The necklace was also a wedding gift from her father, and made the perfect ‘something blue’ for the occasion. Finally, for a more complete list of suppliers please scroll to the bottom.
