As an Eastington Park Wedding Photographer, I know the photogenic spots around the venue. Where the best light is. And then which rooms make the best backdrops! Personally, I think the outside has the most potential. But let me take you on a little tour. And you can tell me your thoughts.
Firstly, the front facade! The building is so pretty. You can pose for photos outside on the porch or drive. And then there’s an additional feature! The venue has an adorable swing, and it’s also wide enough for two. Perfect for couple portraits. As well as choosing the venue in the background, you can adjust the angle to face the fields. I love the flexibility this allows when shooting.
Secondly, my next favourite space to shoot is the Bridal Suite. This is partly because I love bridal preparations. But also Eastington Park has a lovely room for this! It’s super spacious, which makes it perfect for the entire bridal squad to get ready together. Furthermore, the room has huge windows that fill the room with natural light. For more close up photos I like to bring the bride to the windows, but then I use the bed as a prop for variety.
Thirdly, is the crowd pleasing staircase! What a fab background for your wedding photos! The grand spiralling stairs are often chosen for the couple portraits. There is even the option to shoot from above. From a styling perspective, flowers can be used the add more drama and make it a focal point.
To sum up, there are countless opportunities around Eastington Park to take incredible photos. Whether you’re using the three I suggested above, or exploring elsewhere. As a photographer, I love finding areas with green. Hence why I adore the outdoor spots! If you’re planning on getting married here, or even just view it, check out my recommended places. Otherwise there is plenty more, from beside the piano, to the grounds, to the ceremony room!
So, which is your favourite space?
